The bottom line is leaving Ross Ave. unchanged was the right thing to do. The only reason Ross Ave. got mixed up in this was because the OAK CLIFF councilman, Neumman, used it to throw a bone to the Hispanic groups.

I will say it again: Why doesn't Neumann propose a street to be named IN HIS OWN DISTRICT. Parts of Oak Cliff are heavily Hispanic. Sounds like a good place for a Cesar Chavez Blvd. to me.

I don't care what you do with Industrial, but leave Ross alone!
