Boy Scout Troop 707 (you know, those FLAG guys), with a hand leant from BS Troop 890, were at the Opening today, doing their Color Guard thing. According to Troop Leader Pete Puckett and Troop mom Hilary Puckett, it was a crush. They described the actual library as small but well appointed, with nooks and crannies that kids will love. And a big sign that said, 'Children must be accompanied by a parent'.
They were lucky to get a nice photo op with Mayor Leppert, looking dapper while mingling with the literati.
