In other words, developers who need to borrow money -- in this case, $510 million for the non-stadium part of the Cowboys' Glorypark epic -- are having difficulty doing so.
Why does it matter to us? Because there are more than a half-dozen town center-style projects in the Advocate's four areas, most of which are markedly similar to Glorypark. And if they're having trouble raising money, one can assume everyone else is.
