One week ago, our Christina-Hughes Babb posted about the Skillman/Church redevelopment, based on a neighborhood meeting she had attended. One week later, her post is still going strong. We have had 40 comments, which is a record -- not only for this blog, but for each of the four blogs that we do.
Thank you for your participation. Needless to say, we'll be following up this story in the magazine. If anyone wants to comment further, do it on this post. The comments section on the first post is at two pages, and we've never had that happen.
I hope the Advocate doesn't take the hits and postings and translate that into an pricing/advertising matrix that will soon fill all our screens with ads on this blog!

I'm guessing that Jerry Allen has never had that happen before, either.

As for the question about advertising and the blog, we're still working on updating both the blog and our website, and I expect that when both of those are completed (sometime late summer hopefully), we'll be changing the look of things a bit. And there will be some ads, but not "all over our screens" and certainly none of those ads that pop up and cover the material you want to read, either. Those ads are profitable, but they sure are annoying.
