Today Lake Highlands Elementary celebrated its version of Halloween known as ‘Characters Live’. The students and teachers had a blast dressing up as their favorite book characters - real or fiction - and parading around the entire school to the delight of parents and passersby.
Pictured are The Three Blind Mice and the Farmer's Wife (aka the LHE 2nd grade teachers), a little ghost going to lunch, Harry Potter (aka 4th grader Sam Hotz), Pumpkin Boy, Pre-K teacher Telsa Guzman turning in a beautiful Cleopatra, paraders in the parking lot, Narnia heroine Lucy (aka Elsa Pair), and Administrator Cheryl Carmichael purrfectly greeting the day.
Thanks for posting. I will have kids at LHE in a couple of years. This is good to see!
